We are in search of a dynamic leader to join our team as a Franchise Business Performance Coach (FBC). The ideal candidate may be located in AZ, CO, IA, KS, MO, OK, TX or UT with an ability to travel to their assigned locations and the corporate office. FBCs are considered the “First Choice” for our franchise owners, providing support across all operational aspects including business planning, P&L management, B2B sales strategy, marketing, and human resources. FBCs assist owners in reaching their lifestyle, equity, and income objectives as outlined by City Wide’s distinctive business model.
Our franchisees run successful businesses, with an average revenue of $7.5M, collectively achieving a 20% year-over-year revenue growth through our established B2B business model. City Wide has an ambitious goal of reaching $1B as a franchise system by 2026 and aims to enter the Top 100 franchise brands globally.
This role offers a base salary range of $90-105k, along with a target bonus of 20k.
What you will do...
Support 10-15 City Wide franchisees throughout the U.S. by leading, coaching, and training franchisees in all aspects of our business. Model our vision of being “First Choice” by fostering a positive, proactive, and professional relationship with franchisee owners and their team. Maintain a productive schedule of in-person visits and phone calls with franchise owners. Support franchisee revenue growth and profitability, by increasing $1M in sales per year. Support assist and influence franchise owners to follow City Wide’s brand and operational standards. Work with franchise owners to develop their workforce and maintain appropriate staffing through their growth cycle. Consult with franchise owners to better understand financial statements and develop yearly budgets that reflect the goals for their business. Facilitate franchise performance groups, new franchisee training, and other group presentations (regional, and local trainings). Travel up to 60% of time (with overnight stays) to assigned franchise locations.
