The FPS Onshore Quality Leader holds strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing the Quality vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring best‑in‑class product performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain, manufacturing, service, engineering, and customers to support technical needs, strengthen quality systems, and deliver measurable improvements across the business. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to the global Quality team while fostering a proactive quality culture.
As the FPS Onshore Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading the global Quality function for the FPS Onshore businessDeveloping and implementing quality strategies, systems, and processes to achieve high performance across the product lifecycle and service deliveryEstablishing a proactive quality culture recognized by customers, stakeholders, and industry partnersDeveloping and maintaining the Quality Management System, updating procedures and processes, and training team members as neededEnsuring all regulatory and industry standards are met across assigned operationsManaging supplier quality and enabling functions, including certifications and continuous improvement initiativesBeing fully accountable for Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) oversight, reduction actions and reportingDriving continuous improvement programs and embedding associated tools and processesLeading preventative actions and defect‑reduction initiatives across the businessEstablishing quality and reliability standards based on customer requirements, industry benchmarks, and engineering inputsDriving cultural and operational improvements to support strategic business goalsParticipating in the Product Line leadership team to ensure alignment between quality process and systems, and business prioritiesServing as the escalation point for customer quality issues and improvement actions across projects, products, and servicesReporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership in a timely and accurate mannerTo be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or collegeHave a minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, and/or Manufacturing OperationsDemonstrate strong customer‑centric behavior and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomesBe a proven change agent with the ability to influence at all organizational levelsHave experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving improvement initiativesBe decisive, self‑motivated, and able to translate strategic direction into actionable plansPossess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leadersBe capable of managing complex customer requirements and delivering tailored solutionsHave excellent oral, written, and executive‑level presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topicsWork in a way that works for you
