FPGA Verification Engineer - Top Secret / Sci
Our client is a company with expertise in supporting government mission partners especially in the areas of program control, Cybersecurity, secure communications, prototyping, and RDT&E, and compliance oversight efforts. Currently ramping with for the support of a big program for the NSA.
We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Verification Engineer to join our classified hardware development team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies for complex FPGA SoC designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop UVM-based verification environments
• Create and execute verification test plans
• Implement coverage-driven verification methodologies
• Collaborate with RTL developers to ensure design quality
• Develop automated test frameworks
• Document verification results and coverage metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 7+ years’ experience in FPGA verification
• Expert knowledge of SystemVerilog and UVM
• Experience with simulation and verification tools
• Strong experience in testbench development
• Must have an Active TS//SCI clearance, or Minimum TS w/ SCI eligibility - This is a Top Secret Program and must start working in a TS environment.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with formal verification methods
• Knowledge of networking protocols
• Experience with hardware security verification
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl)

This position supports a Top Secret project and work is conducted in a secure lab environment. The role offers flexibility to operate from multiple sites across the country. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
