We are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer with a Secret Clearance to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing firmware for FPGAs, focusing on advanced algorithms for real-time data processing.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize firmware for FPGAs, executing advanced algorithms for real-time data processing.Design and optimize processing and firmware architectures.Write and optimize HDL code for FPGAs.Verify and validate FPGA designs.Support software, firmware, FPGA, and hardware integration.Collaborate with multiple programs and departments or business units.Essential SkillsProficiency in FPGA development.Experience with Xilinx and VHDL.Background in image processing.Experience with KU060 and Versal.Ability to work with BSP.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.At least 2 years of experience in developing firmware for embedded applications.Experience in developing and executing tests to validate system functionality.5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.Experience integrating and testing firmware/FPGA designs with hardware and software.Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).Experience with real-time software and firmware design for digital communications or signal processing algorithms.Proficiency in HDL coding for Xilinx FPGAs using Vivado.Experience with Autocoding from Simulink.Cybersecurity experience.Work Environment
The position is onsite in Huntington Beach, CA. The role requires collaboration with various technologies and integration with hardware and software systems.
**THIS ROLE IS OFFERING $1,000/WEEK IN RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, NON-TAXED, ON TOP OF YOUR SALARY**
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
