Location: Costa Rica

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) FP&A team and lead the financial aspects of workforce migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, consolidation, and governance, with experience in managing large-scale projects and complex financial scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Create consolidated reporting structure across a portfolio of workforce migration projects and standardized analysis for individual projectCoordinate with Groups/Divisions and GBS Project Management team regarding migration timing, business case changes, and shared costsSupport GBS Operational leadership and project management on migration effortsCoordinate, complete, and review the Project FP&A month-end close process and post-close reporting cycles.Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processesIdentify and implement recommendations to improve current reporting tools, driving efficiencies through automation and financial reporting standardization.Provide strong decision support to business leadership by crafting models, presentations, and dashboards that consider controls and compliance standards.Take high-level direction and work proactively and independently to drive the execution of team goals and problem-solving.Participate as a Finance Leader in continuous improvement projects for the Shared Service Center, developing the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financial analysis to management.Manage a team of analysts, ensuring coordination, motivation, and development of resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years in FP&A management within a Shared Service Center.Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls expertise.Experience leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements.Ability to influence decisions through clear analysis and executive-level communication.Validated partnership skills, self-motivation, and ability to build strong relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication; experience working in global, remote teams.Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; Oracle, HFM, and Power BI preferred.Fluent in English.
