Free People is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to drive FP Movement wholesale sales and profit goals through strategic collaboration with buyers and maintaining a consistent brand presentation.

Role Responsibilities Elevate the brand by expanding presence among specialty storesCollaborate with sales team and their buyers to exceed sales and profit goalsManage to highest level of PO fulfillment through consistent monitoring of order status and communication to buyersCollaborate effectively with cross functional peers in merchandising, wholesale sales, and in store teams to communicate and executeResponsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps that need to be taken to ensure that goals are met consistently prior to the month and within the monthMonitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitabilityResponsible for creating strategies to drive and grow sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisHave a global awareness of the FP Movement businessPut the brand first and ensure that the integrity of the brand is always protected and always represents the brand Role Qualifications Passion for the Free People/FP Movement brand3 plus years of wholesale experienceStrong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplaceExcellent presentation skillsDetail oriented and a creative thinkerSuperior financial and analytical skillsStrong excel skillsInventory management system experienceStrong communication, organization and planning skillsMust work well in teams The Perks
