FP&A Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

 

- Drive the development and maintenance of financial reporting used by senior leaders for actuals, forecast, and budget.

- Manage forecast, budget, and actual scenarios, along with key premise and historical data.

- Support the preparation of key deliverables for monthly business reviews.

- Lead the administration and maintenance of the OneStream (previously HFM) platform

- Collaborate closely with regional Finance teams to ensure timely and complete submission of data and accurate financial insights.
- Train and assist finance users across regions on how to navigate and leverage OneStream effectively.
- Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure they can access and report required financial information.
- Partner with international FP&A controllers to ensure global data consistency

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance; or related 5+ years of professional work experience 2+ years of experience in Finance Experience in financial data systems management Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting adjustments Comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into insights Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as OneStream, SAP, Essbase, or HFM Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for finance users Passion for process improvement and enabling smarter decision-making through systems Self-motivated, proactive and a self-starter
