**FP&A Sr. Expert**
The FP&A Sr. Expert will lead comprehensive financial planning, analysis, billing, and reporting activities for EMEA Corporate functions within the Business Services Organization. This role is pivotal in streamlining budgeting and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with global financial standards. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions, the FP&A Sr. Expert will drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic business goals through insightful financial support and analysis.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Manage end-to-end financial planning and analysis for EMEA Corporate functions.
+ Verify that fees and calculations are correct and in accordance with Budget Agreements.
+ Oversee billing and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
+ Review monthly financials and research / resolve variances
+ Optimize budgeting frameworks and reporting tools in line with global standards.
+ Partner with global teams to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
+ Assisting with new client transitions, as needed
+ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
+ Leverage technology and shared resources to enhance process performance and efficiency.
+ Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure user adoption and process alignment.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
+ Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and business information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance
+ expectations and handle problems.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
