JOB PURPOSE:
The FP&A Specialist is responsible for supporting the company´s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure financial discipline across the organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Partnering
Oversee all financial aspects of LATAM finance performance including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks. Support the FP&A Director and the CFO in formulating and executing on strategy across the countries within the region to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information.
Strat Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting
Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes. Ensure prompt and effective communication with corporate team To provide input into the strategic planning cycles with respect to sales performance.
Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities
Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across the BUs ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging. Accountable for revenue, cost, FTE/HC management and all financial KPI´s related regarding budgeting, forecasting including Audit process when required Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports. Ensure the application of financial policies.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge required:
Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Power Point Protheus, Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning experience preferred. Advanced/Fluent English

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in business related subject preferred Financial Planning experience essential
