FP&A Senior Professional leads advanced FP&A activities for CE Commercial, translating sales and pricing strategies into robust financial outcomes. Oversees scenario planning, complex business cases, and margin improvement initiatives. Partners with senior stakeholders to guide pricing, tender decisions, and investment strategies. Acts as a coach to junior colleagues, drives digitalization of commercial reporting, and ensures alignment with corporate FP&A standards.

Key Deliverables:

Business cases and scenario models for pricing and investments.

Dashboard reporting with advanced KPIs for commercial decision-making.

Tasks:

Act as a trusted advisor to CE Commercial leadership, providing financial insights on pricing, rebates, and margin trends.Deliver deep-dive profitability analyses by product, customer, and market, highlighting opportunities and risks.Lead development of dashboards and KPIs for sales and margin performance monitoring.Drive standardization of reporting templates across markets and business lines.Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for pricing, rebates, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with business units to assess ROI on promotional campaigns and investments.Lead cross-functional CE Commercial projects (e.g., tender optimization, rebate strategy).Enhance data quality and reliability by partnering with IT and Sales Ops teams on system improvements.Support annual strategic planning process with financial modeling and scenario testing.Mentor Specialists and contribute to capability building within the FP&A team.Provide proactive recommendations to improve profitability and optimize rebate structures.Contribute to market access discussions, quantifying financial implications of pricing decisions.
