FP&A Senior Analyst
Overview Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) oversees full PepsiCo’s P&L and by joining the team, you will get a front row seat to decision making at the highest level of the organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving and shaping PepsiCo’s digital agenda – one of the most important capabilities for the Planning function and the organization as a whole. You will be acting as a systems expert, managing key tools used within FP&A and beyond, such as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Cockpit, and Mosaic. You will interact with key stakeholders at the Corporate level, as well as the Planners across the world. And most importantly, you will be a part of a highly-energized and motivated team that is passionate about driving change – the change for better. Responsibilities Driving PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation agenda by championing digital tools and building digital capability across the FP&A function Developing and providing expertise on systems used within FP&A, such as HFM, Cockpit and Mosaic Supporting HFM transition to HFM Cloud through rebuilding existing processes and developing new submission / retrieve / validation tools across the organization as per the new Cloud solution Supporting TM1/Mosaic to HFM dataflow Driving TM1/Mosaic and Cockpit 2.0 adoption with the particular focus on developing and implementing an ongoing Cockpit 2.0 validation process to deliver an improved Cockpit data integrity Providing TM1 and Cockpit 2.0 support in Global Functions’ close and forecast processes Performing HFM administrative tasks, including managing global FP&A HFM activities, assessing required HFM changes, and participating in quarterly HFM update reviews Providing support to the Regions and anchor markets on submission tools, technical queries, and any other ad-hoc requests Driving data integrity by overseeing end-to-end data flow between the systems Supporting on P&L close and Forecast activities, including performing ForEx conversion, ForEx rates uploads, and running checks and validations Co-leading commercial finance and other relevant deliverables, such as OpEx P&L details, Invetment horizon, Innovation, Brand P&L, and e-commerce Conducting company-wide training sessions on HFM and other digital capabilities Constantly seeking streamlining and simplification opportunities, particularly when it comes to digitalization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Administration 5+ years of practical work experience with a finance/business development Fluency in English Solid FP&A skills and interest in digitalization / latest technologies Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications Prior Hyperion Financial Management and Tableau experience would be a plus
