The Chemours Company, headquartered in Wilmington, DE, has an **FP&A Reporting and Solutions Finance Analyst** position available in **Asturias, Spain** . This is a highly visible position with regular interaction with Business/Finance directors, VP, CFO and CEO, and an excellent foundation for growth within Chemours Finance. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:** + Designing and develop financial models and tools in support of company strategic projects and financial analysis + Reducing operational risk and improve efficiency through increased straight through processing and reduced manual intervention + Evaluating and re-design financial and adjacent area processes to increase quality of reporting/data and automation + Understanding Finance data patterns and solve the analytics use case + Working with business and analyst teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual/logical/physical data models + Providing technical support and guidance to business users + Understanding and document end-user usage models and requirements + Auditing project-level data model quality deliverables to ensure that practices and standards are met + Participating in and/or lead other special projects as needed to support the business leaders **The following is** **_required_** **for this role:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of study + Analytical mindset with ability to navigate through large arrays of data and summarize into actionable conclusions. + Excellent data handling skills combined with a solid understanding of Finance and a strong ability to create logical frameworks for problem-solving + Experience with Power Platform tools (PowerBI, Power automate...) or similar + Excellent oral and written communication skills in English + Effective communication and persuasion mastery with experience engaging with leadership teams + Strong drive for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. + Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. + Desire to work in multi-cultural, global environments **The following is** **_preferred_** **for this role:** + MBA/master’s degree with a major in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or Data Analysis/Big data or relevant experience (preferred) + Professional work experience in an analytical role + Python programming skills + Familiarity with SAP and Azure Synapse **Benefits:** Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages Tuition Reimbursement Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
