Seeking a Finance Manager to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the Javelin & Javelin Joint Venture portfolio within the PF&M SSBU. This manager will join our dynamic finance team in an exciting portfolio that has programs in all stages of the product life cycle. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. In this role, the successful candidate will support all Finance related activities to drive weekly reporting deliverables, the monthly forecast cadence, Risk & Opportunities, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investments, CFR/AR analysis, any ad hoc requests. This individual will also be the prime liaison between the Javelin portfolio and SSBU PF&M FP&A, and work closely with those individuals to support SBU FP&A deliverables.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with producing individual work products and with analysis and use of system tools. Should also be able to lead a group by setting expectations and cadence to effectively operate. Additionally, a candidate for this role should possess strong technical knowledge of finance and program controls, strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills. The manager will be responsible for two direct reporting analysts.
The employee selected for this role will partner with the PF&M FP&A Manager and Javelin & JJV Business Manager to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables. This individual will be responsible for variance analysis, Rplan updates, and interfacing with program finance teams for inputs on key metric drivers, and other ad hoc requests from the PF&M FP&A team.
_This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not being provided._
**What You Will Do:**
+ Support the monthly forecast process deliverables and reviews at the PF&M level
+ Support the development of our AOP and LRP through collaborating across the Javelin & JV team to align financial targets with strategic initiatives
+ Maintain RPlan data (including records, key metrics, and elements of costs) during monthly forecast and AOP / LRP updates
+ Coordinate & communicate with SSBU and Program teams to set expectations for Forecast updates, including schedule & key assumptions
+ Manage weekly Javelin & JJV FP&A reporting and R&O analysis / consolidation
+ Support the development of executive level presentations going to PF&M, LADS, and JJV leadership
+ Oversee New Business Initiatives spending and coordinate with program team to track performance
+ Support JJV quarterly cost reviews and bi-annual board of director reviews
+ Coordinate with internal and JJV partners to track invoices and receipts
+ Manage and lead two direct reports
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field & 8 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years prior relevant experience
+ Management or Team leadership experience
+ Experience working in and training others in RPlan or similar a financial planning tool
+ Experience with APEX and analytical skills
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
+ Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of priorities and maintain on time delivery
+ Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight – to include internal and external (USG, DCMA) communications
+ Experience with Estimate at Completes (EACs) and EDIT+ Experience with accounting policies and processes (contract close-out, EACs, BSEC, etc.)
+ Experience with invoicing best practices or cancelling funds

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
