We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and drive key financial planning and analysis initiatives for our organization. This role will focus on developing strategic financial models, optimizing forecasting processes, and delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to corporate financial planning efforts in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Lead corporate financial planning initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Utilize Adaptive Insights to enhance financial forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable strategies to improve financial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced forecasting techniques.
• Expertise in Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong, effective relationships.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the industry.
