What You’ll Be Doing: + Own the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, providing insights that drive business growth. + Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. + Lead the month-end and quarter-end financial review process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making. + Manage and mentor one FP& A team member, fostering growth and development **Send Resumes to Luv Mirani Requirements + 7+ years of FP& A experience, with a preference for those with healthcare experience (but not required). + Strong analytical skills – ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. + Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). + Leadership mindset – experience mentoring or managing others is a plus! + Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic, flexible environment.
