We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically minded FP&A Manager to support enterprise‑wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across both the operating company and the private equity organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will be instrumental in driving financial visibility, enabling data‑driven investment decisions, and shaping long‑term financial strategy. The FP&A Manager will act as a key business partner to senior leadership—delivering insights that influence operational, financial, and portfolio‑level decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and multi‑year financial plans for both the operating company and the private equity organization’s portfolio‑level reporting.Develop and manage sophisticated, scalable financial models supporting corporate strategy, capital planning, investment evaluation, and performance tracking.Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI data models—including data transformations, relationships, DAX calculations, and automated refresh workflows—to support enterprise reporting and analytics.Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting tools that enable real‑time visibility into performance across the operating company and portfolio companies.Ensure data accuracy and consistency by integrating financial, operational, and portfolio‑level datasets into structured, efficient Power BI models.Provide strategic, data‑driven insights to the CFO and executive team on revenue outlook, margin trends, scenario planning, and financial risks/opportunities.Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, including financial statements, KPI dashboards, variance commentary, and forecasting updates.Prepare investor‑level reporting packages, board materials, and financial narratives for private equity leadership.Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify drivers of performance, recommend actions, and influence decision‑making.Partner closely with Operations, Accounting, HR, and portfolio company leaders to validate assumptions, align financial plans, and ensure consistent data structures across business units.Support the CFO with portfolio‑level analysis, including acquisition modeling, valuation support, integration planning, and performance tracking.Translate financial and analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance audiences.Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, ROI assessments, and investment analyses to support strategic decisions across both the operating company and the private equity organization.Assist with M&A support—including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration analyses—as required.Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing changes, capital allocation options, and long‑term strategic initiatives.Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and speed.Optimize FP&A tools, dashboards, Power BI models, and data workflows to support scalable, standardized reporting across operating and portfolio environments.Implement best practices in financial modeling, variance analysis, data governance, and decision‑support analytics.Essential Skills
7-10 years experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a similar field.Strong analytical skills.Experience building out data models in Power BI requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.Experience in leading financial planning and reporting processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
