What we provide:

You will be a business partner with Division General Manager (GC region) on annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, financial reporting, commercial finance partnership as well as providing financial and strategic insights to support business reviews and decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments, both locally and globally to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.

What you will do:

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goalsPrepare the monthly business review deck with Global / Regional teamPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variancesCollaborate with commercial team on deal analysis and provide financial insights on deal structure, pricing strategy and margin improvement opportunitiesClosely work with supply chain finance on cost analysis and sensitivity analysisDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-makingProvide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metricsCollaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support in achieving their objectivesConduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong ownership and sense of collaboration.Above 8 years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementation. M&A or ERP implementation experience is preferredBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or related field; MBA or CPA preferredStrong analytical skills; attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven experience in Business Partnering. Can work under pressure with time constraint also be comfortable when the conflicts ariseAbility to work collaboratively with both global and local team; and impact cross-functional teamsProficiency in English, both written and spoken
