FP&A Manager, GTR

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Senior FP&A Manager in the FP&A activities across Global Travel Retail (GTR) and be a critical finance partner in the S&OP process & Marketing Business Partner. This role has a focus in driving the growth of FP&A capability in GTR, process improvement and business partnering.

Role Responsibilities Coordinate the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for GTR, working closely with the Regional FP&A team, functional teams and Leadership team. Ensure GTR teams are aligned across all requirements to meet deadlines. Coordinate the consolidation of results across the region for reporting purposes – monthly / quarterly reporting packs; month/year-to-date performance, KPI reporting and detailed risks & ops (R&O) management. Manage overall monthly business cadence cycle. Coordinate/support the Monthly Business Review/Financial Brand Review with cross functional teams and leadership team to drive critical and insightful discussion. Generate insightful and actionable reporting and analysis to drive the business towards financial and operational goals. Responsible for relevant system submissions and make recommendations for simplification of processes, working with the teams to share best practice across GTR. Participate in regional process simplification and improvements to ensure fit for purpose tools for GTR. Make recommendations for simplification of month end reporting processes, working with the teams to share best practice across GTR. Assist the development and improvement of forecasting and business planning processes to achieve improved accuracy and efficiency, and ultimately better business insight. Brand investment budget management for Marketing Team to ensure monthly forecast accuracy and spend within budget. Support BI deep dive or investment decision with ROI/analysis and financial request from Marketing Team. Collaborate with control and compliance for related accounting policies. Build relationships and strengthen ways of working with the GTR teams. Qualifications Degree qualified with Finance or Accounting qualification and relevant industry (Alcohol/FMCG) experience. Preferably with prior experience in a regional FP&A role. Proven success of strong process and project management skills. Experienced in using advanced Microsoft Excel and management reporting/consolidation systems. Experienced in writing succinct and insightful business performance reports, and summarizing business analysis. Strong in building financial models. Proven experience in working proactively across commercial functions to deliver total business performance solutions. Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders across geographies, building mutually beneficial, profit-focused business relationships. Possess tenacity, agility and rigor, with strong planning and problem-solving skills. Keen commercial skills and high level of business acumen. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a culturally sensitive attitude and approach. Strong time management, able to prioritize a diverse workload and deadlines. Demonstrate a ‘drive for results’ mentality.
