Your Role:
People Management
End-to-end responsibilities: Recruiting, training, engaging with team members, setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, addressing employee grievances, and coaching & mentoring.
Initiate career planning discussions and handle separations.
KPI Management
Meet targets in process KPIs, problem-solving for misses, and implementing solutions to restore BAU operations.
Finance Master Data Management
Manage masters of GL, WBS, IO, and CC.
Represent and handle SAP/ERP migrations, ensuring finance master data sanity, validation, and migration.
Collaborate with GPOs and BPEs on migrations and process transformation projects.
Oversee the execution of tickets/requests for finance master data creation and maintenance.
Represent FMD delivery operations in the Change Control Board (CCB) and review critical requests.
Execute internal controls and support internal & external audits by providing proofs and handling queries.
Transfer Pricing
Oversee operations of the interface of transfer prices between tools/ERPs/systems.
Flag issues, error logs, and critical errors in transfer pricing to appropriate GPO/BPE/stakeholders.
Review and approve new flows (Buy-Sell) in the system and facilitate smooth inter-company invoicing.
Execute internal controls and support audits with necessary proofs and evidence.
Business Intelligence
Discuss and review data visualization requests to produce insights for business stakeholders.
Manage the team of Tableau developers to ensure successful rollout of dashboards.
Listen to stakeholder feedback and implement changes.
Initiate discussions on retiring or decommissioning unused dashboards annually.
Ensure reporting tools are operational as per alignment.
Bridge IT technical teams, data management teams, and business stakeholders for seamless flow of actionable insights.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, focusing on financial reporting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), and master data management.Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, engaging team members, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee grievances.Strong understanding of finance master data management, including General Ledger (GL), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Internal Orders (IO), and Cost Centers (CC).Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, particularly in migrations and data integrity management.Familiarity with transfer pricing regulations and practices, overseeing the interface of transfer prices between tools and systems.Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, with experience managing development teams to deliver actionable insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience executing internal controls and supporting internal and external audits.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
