Role Overview:

As a Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide essential financial support to management. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and profitability assessments of clients or business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.Analyze profitability across clients or business segments.Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client.Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client.Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations.Assist in month-end closing processes.Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts.Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices.Monitor and report on collections.Perform ad hoc analysis.Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-4 years of relevant financial experience preferred.Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications.Advanced Excel skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work well in TeamUnderstanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software.Experience in financial analysis and reporting.Willingness to work a flexible schedule.English at least B2 Level
