You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and profitability assessments of clients or business segments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance. + Analyze profitability across clients or business segments. + Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client. + Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client. + Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations. + Assist in month-end closing processes. + Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts. + Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices. + Monitor and report on collections. + Perform ad hoc analysis. + Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-4 years of relevant financial experience preferred. + Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications. + Advanced Excel skills. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work well in Team + Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software. + Experience in financial analysis and reporting. + Willingness to work a flexible schedule. + English at least B2 Level **Why Concentrix?** Join us if you are ready to go beyond WOW for our customers and be part of a team that values your unique talents.
