We're hiring! Join our dynamic team at CHEP as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for LATAM, based in Mexico City (CDMX).
This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the full FP&A agenda across the region — including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis. You’ll be a key partner to senior leadership, providing insights that shape decision-making and business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the LATAM FP&A cycle: strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecastingDevelop and manage financial models, reports, and tools to support executive decision-makingEnsure clarity and consistency of LATAM reporting metricsPresent forecasts and financial updates to CFO, Regional Head, and Country ManagersAnalyze monthly results and proactively flag risks and opportunitiesManage the global reporting system (BRACS) and support feasibility studies for new projectsDrive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across reporting and analysisLead and develop a high-performing team in a diverse, multicultural environmentWhat we’re looking for:
