This role supports financial processes within the areas of innovation and brand activation through close collaboration with commercialization, marketing, and digital teams. It is responsible for preparing financial analyses, P&L statements, and reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic business decisions. FP&A Analyst Category Finance (m/f/d) Responsibilities Collaborate closely with commercialization, DX, marketing, and revenue management teams. Prepare financial analyses and data for innovation/NPD initiatives and Gate submissions. Build P&L statements, validate pricing, and review make & move and display assumptions for innovations. Support the preparation of monthly Activation Board meetings and brand reviews. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in systems (TM1, cockpit) and reporting processes. Participate in planning processes (AOP, ACP, PxF) and forecasting activities. Deliver ad-hoc analyses and fact-based recommendations for the organization. Qualifications University degree in Finance/Accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Planning, or a similar function. Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage. Fluency in English (German is a plus). Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, BI, IBM TM1, or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
