D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Foundation Waterproofer. The right candidate will oversee the entire waterproofing process during the construction of a foundation or basement, including applying sealant, installing a drainage system, and operating a skid loader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure the final accuracy and cleanup of the projectEnsure that all work is completed in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and proceduresApply waterproofing sealant using hand application at critical junctions such as piping or jointsUse a hydraulic sprayer to apply the sealant to larger areasInstall drainage systemUse a skid loader to cover the drainage tile with rockPerform basic laborer duties as neededConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeD.R. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral visionRegular exposure to extreme weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places and risk of electrical shock.
