The Foundation Clerical Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Central Development Major Gifts team by ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating team activities, preparing presentations, processing documents, managing expense reimbursements, and handling travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities may include special projects and other duties as assigned. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a solid understanding of Houston Methodist policies and procedures.
