Principal Accountabilities

Making batches of meat using a predetermined formula to meet required fat specificationAdjusting batches if required Spec. is not metAdding batch data using computerize systemCommunicating batch results with formulation and production supervisors Collecting fat samples from hoppers and performing fat analysis testsCalculating how much of each meat is needed to reach the desired fat levelNotifying FSQR if a fat sample is out of specAbility to train, cover other position in formulation department for flexibility in coveragesOther assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to read, write, and count in EnglishMust have Excel experienceMust be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divideMust be able to work in Cold & Hot temperatures with high noise levelsMust be able to work in demanding fast pace

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual is a plus
