How will you make an impact?
You will be crucial in producing high-quality materials by detailed applying various equipment and processes. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining the strict standards required to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers and patients worldwide.
What will you do?
Closely observe safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.Adapt efficiently to a multifaceted work environment.Accurately verify lot numbers, weights, raw material lot numbers, part numbers, and expiration dates against batch production records (BPR).Follow BPR procedures meticulously without deviation.Align with workplace policies, procedures, and guidelines including SOPs, cGMPs, MSDS, and other departmental documents.Ensure all documentation is accurately written, initialed, and dated according to SOPs.Perform detailed cleaning of the manufacturing area and equipment according to work instructions.Safely operate all equipment and tools, including pallet jacks and hoists.Mix medicines for specified times, document processes in BPR, and transport to dispensing areas.Lift a minimum of 25 kgs and use pallet jacks effectively.Acquire fill samples, log entries, and deliver to QC lab as directed.Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse using pallet jacks.Perform yield and manufacturing loss calculations in the BPR.Ensure accurate staging of materials for dispensing.Perform additional business-related duties as needed.Manufacture both simple and complex medicines.How will you get here?
Education: High School Diploma or GEDAbility to meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.Preferred: Experience in manufacturing.
