Embrace this outstanding opportunity to contribute to our outstanding projects and take your career to the next level.Responsibilities:Handle responsibilities regarding pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, encompassing rapid filling systems for sterile products, Autoclave, component and vial washers, sterilization tunnel, Formulation procedures, HMI, and automated cleaning processes, as per the requirements of SOPs and Batch Records.Complete formulation activities for production batches as per SOPs and Batch Records, involving the formulation and dispensing of all drug substances and excipients.Prepare, wash, and sterilize parts and materials.Adhere to the standard operating procedures and batch documentation for packaging and transferring the final product to the freezer.Complete all relevant training prior to task execution.Closely follow aseptic techniques and practices for aseptic operations per SOPs.Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of production machinery and designated areas in the manufacturing facility according to procedural guidelines and Batch Records.Timely completion of batch records and logbooks adhering to GDP.Enforce to standard operating procedures and batch records when transferring materials for batch manufacturing.Establish filters for test implementation and perform FIT in accordance with SOPs and Batch Records.Carry out the loading and unloading of batches from equipment in accordance with SOPs and Batch Records during production tasks.Perform stock checks of consumables and advise the Manager/Lead Technician for required materials.Maintain safety and quality compliance at all times and report any anomalies promptly.Participate in EHS, Business Compliance, cGMP, and other compliance-related matters.Perform visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished drug products, and conduct in-process sampling and checks.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.Highly motivated to work in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong team partnership skills.Able to work rotating shifts.
