SAP Forms Developer - Adobe Forms (S/4HANA Output Management)

Here at Red on behalf of our global we are looking for a Forms Developer, The SAP Forms Developer will design, build, and deliver Adobe Forms (SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe) for transnational documents (quotes, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.) and correspondence. The role ensures alignment with corporate branding, multilingual requirements, and S/4HANA Output Management (BRF+).

Key Responsibilities:

Form Design & Development

Create interface, context, and forms using transaction SFP and Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

Bind data (CDS/OData/RFC structures), implement JavaScript/ABAP scripting.

Develop barcodes, conditional sections, logos, attachments, and dynamic tables.

Output Management Integration

Configure S/4HANA Output Control (OPD), BRF+ decision tables, and templates.

Manage PDF generation, email/print setup, spool handling, and Cloud Print Manager (if applicable).

Quality & Localisation

Support multi-language and right-to-left output, number/date formatting, and accessibility standards (PDF/UA).

Ensure brand compliance and coordinate with print vendors.

Migration & Standardisation

Migrate legacy Smart Forms/Adobe templates to S/4 Adobe Forms.

Create reusable assets (master pages, style libraries, fragments).

Operations

Troubleshoot ADS connectivity, spool/output issues, and performance optimisation.

Manage versioning, transport, and variant control of form templates.

Required Skills & Experience

4-6+ year's SAP Forms experience, incl. 3+ years in Adobe Forms (SFP + ADS).

Strong expertise in S/4 Output Management, BRF+, and form data binding.

Knowledge of SD, MM, FI data models and common output objects.

Excellent communication and ability to work in a highly virtual, international environment.

Ability to explain SAP development to less experienced colleagues in a greenfield setup.
