Skills and Requirements 5-9 YOE in document formatting Bachelor's degree in relevant field of communications, English, psychology, or relevant Typically, five years of experience in a word processing or desk top publishing role required or a sufficient combination of education, skills, and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Advanced skills with Microsoft and Adobe applications for document layout, form and template development and creation, graphics, and production required.
