**Job Title:** Forklift Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Sterling, VA
**Shift:** 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $18/hour
**Summary:**
Adecco is currently seeking a **Forklift Warehouse Associate** for a growing warehouse operation in Sterling, VA. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory according to company orders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on forklift experience, including safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials in a warehouse or production setting.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Receive and track incoming shipments.
+ Load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Prepare and process orders for shipment and transfers.
+ Handle, store, and organize inventory—including fragile items—with care.
+ Record and manage merchandise (hold, aged, damaged, etc.).
+ Enter and maintain data in inventory/logistics systems.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Adhere to safety guidelines when working in coolers/freezers (40–55°F).
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven experience in forklift operation (certification preferred).
+ Basic computer and data entry skills.
+ Previous warehouse experience required.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Comfortable working in cooler/freezer environments (40–55°F).
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Team-oriented but also able to work independently.
+ Flexible schedule—possible weekend work required.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
