Position:
Cherry Picker (Pick & Ship)

Spend 70% of your time operating the Cherry Picker to pick parts

Spend 30% on foot placing parts in the correct bins

Responsibilities:
- Safe Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a cherry picker (also known as an order picker or aerial lift) to retrieve, put away, and transport materials and products at various heights within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, scan, and stage customer orders according to specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product identification.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and organizing products on shelves.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct pre-shift inspections of the cherry picker and other assigned equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials as needed, both manually and using equipment, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
- RF Scanner Proficiency: Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners or other electronic inventory tracking systems.
- Pallet Jack Experience: Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks.
- Other Material Handling Equipment: Familiarity with operating other types of warehouse equipment (e.g., reach trucks, sit-down forklifts).
- Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills for minor equipment issues or inventory discrepancies.
- High School Diploma/GED: While often preferred, some roles may consider equivalent work experience.
