**__** **Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** This role is crucial for the efficient staging and shipping of products. The individual will spend 50% of their day operating a forklift to move large crates, some as long as 20 feet, which may require two people for certain tasks. The other 50% of the time will be dedicated to printing labels, closing boxes, and placing them on racks for shipment. Additionally, the individual will assist with printing labels from FedEx and UPS. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage products for shipping. + Handle large crates up to 20 feet in length. + Print shipping labels using FedEx and UPS systems. + Close and pack boxes, and place them on racks for shipment. + Assist with inventory management and material handling. + Unload shipments and manage shipping and receiving tasks. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse. + 1+ year of forklift experience moving crates. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Strong ability to follow instructions and take orders. + Safety-oriented mindset. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling and inventory management. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business that values its employees.
