Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Operator, where you will be responsible for operating a reach truck and order picker at a bustling plumbing distributor. This role requires adherence to all safety standards, including wearing a harness, and involves both equipment operation and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate a reach truck and order picker efficiently and safely.Adhere to all safety standards, including wearing necessary safety harnesses.Engage in physical work as required alongside equipment operation.Utilize RF scanners for efficient picking, shipping, receiving, and packing.Perform loading and unloading tasks as part of shipping and receiving responsibilities.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience with material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks and order pickers.2+ years of warehouse forklift experience.Proficiency with RF scanning technology.Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Work Environment

This position operates during the afternoon/2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with two unpaid 30-minute breaks. The role involves working in a busy warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
