**Hiring 1st Shift Forklift Operator in Bridgeton, NJ!** We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a growing manufacturing company. The Forklift Operator/Reach Stacker Operator is responsible for safely operating a reach stacker to handle, move, and stack containers or heavy loads within a yard, terminal, or warehouse environment. **WEEKLY PAY!** **Shift/Pay:** 1stShift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm Pay Rate: $20 an hour **Description:** + Operate reach stacker equipment to load, unload, and stack containers or large cargo. + Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment. + Follow yard layout plans and stacking procedures to optimize space utilization. + Communicate with yard supervisors and team members to coordinate movements. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards or equipment issues. + Maintain accurate records of container movements and operational logs. + Assist with locating ISO tanks or containers as needed. **Qualifications/Skills:** + 2+ years of forklift and/or reach stacker operation experience + Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification for reach stacker is a plus + Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy lifting equipment + Strong understanding of safety protocols and yard operations + Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle heavy loads + Good communication and teamwork skills **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
