Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Michigan City, Indiana Type: Contract Compensation: $18.90 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 11AM – 7PM OR 2PM-11PM (Both shifts will train for a week from 7AM-3PM) Duties and Responsibilities: + Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production area + Supply raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods for staging or shipment + Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues + Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and ensure proper storage of materials + Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + At least 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting + Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and strong understanding of warehouse safety practices System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
