**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will spend approximately 80% of your workday operating a sit-down forklift, with the remaining 20% dedicated to additional duties. This role primarily involves moving bins across the production floor, building pallets, picking orders, and performing general cleaning tasks. You will operate a single double forklift capable of picking up two pallets at a time, with responsibilities varying across different operation departments. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down forklift safely, efficiently, and at floor level, without requiring intricate rack handling. + Move and organize bins of juice, ensuring a continuous supply to the HPP process and preventing any mixing. + Use NetSuite via computer, phone, or handheld devices for tracking and organizing materials. + Manage dunnage, load trailers, and ensure conveyors do not back up during filler operations. + Retrieve and return materials, accurately documenting transfers using NetSuite or RF Smart systems. + Maintain organized and clear pathways, wrapping pallets securely and documenting them in real time. + Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines while maintaining cleanliness and organization. + Report any safety concerns, misuse of equipment, or work-related accidents promptly. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in sit-down forklift operation. + Proficiency with computers and handheld devices. + Experience with RF Smart systems. + Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with data entry in NetSuite is preferred. + Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions. + Flexibility in performing various functions across different operation areas. + Experience assisting supervision, management, leads, and operators. **Why Work Here?** Upon conversion, enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and other ancillary benefits. You will be assigned to any of the three buildings based on daily needs. Proper PPE, including coats and hand warmers, will be provided for cold conditions, with opportunities for growth and contribution to workplace improvements. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
