Job Title: Forklift Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products efficiently and accurately within our warehouse or production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials for production

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow documentation procedures

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience operating forklifts (certification preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with pallet jacks (manual and electric) and other material handling equipment

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
