Forklift Team Lead – Take Charge in a Fast-Moving Warehouse Environment
Location: Hickory, NC
Pay: $21–$23/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced forklift operator ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a Forklift Team Lead who can keep our warehouse running efficiently while inspiring and guiding a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of forklift operators

Assign daily tasks to support shipping, receiving, and inventory targets

Jump in and operate forklifts as needed to meet demands

Ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across all activities

Partner with supervisors to improve processes and solve challenges on the floor

What You Bring:

Proven forklift experience with a current license/certification

Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or logistics setting

Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

A hands-on leadership style with a “lead by example” mindset
