BASIC PURPOSE

Operate an industrial forklift to perform material handling assignments. Identify and transport material to and from storage areas and loading dock. Operate forklift/high-lift in order to lower stock to ground level pick-level slots from higher level reserve slots during night shift & day shift, and to put received stock in higher level storage slots during the day shift using safe operating practices.

What You’ll Do

Operate powered industrial forklifts to unload incoming shipments and move product to proper storage locations—secure and stack pallets to prevent damage or injury

Verify inbound product against shipping/receiving paperwork (pack/size, quantity, labeling, temperature) and apply pallet labels for accurate inventory tracking

Perform daily pre-start equipment and safety checks (battery, brakes, lift controls, fire extinguisher) and report any issues

Accurately record all inbound product movements and equipment status in our warehouse management system; escalate discrepancies

Maintain aisle and rack cleanliness by clearing debris, keeping work areas safe and organized
 

What You Bring

OSHA-compliant forklift certification (required)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Basic math skills and the ability to read/write legibly

Comfort working overnight and in multi-temperature environments (freezer to ambient)

Prior forklift or receiving/material-handling experience is a plus

A strong safety mindset and ability to follow established processes
 

Your pay depends on relevant experience, education, skills, and location. The base rate for this shift is $29.22 per hour, with additional incentives and premiums available.
