Job Title: Forklift Operator – All Shifts (Full-Time)

Location: Plymouth, IN
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week + possible overtime
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Split
Flexibility: Must be flexible for all shifts during training; post-training, a specific shift will be assigned

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in Plymouth, IN. This full-time role involves operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Candidates must be flexible for all shifts during the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down forklift safely and professionally

Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance

Load and unload transport vehicles

Track and manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Perform general warehouse tasks including:

Cleaning and organizing

Inventory counting

Sampling and labeling

Follow all safety protocols and initiate emergency procedures when required

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of sit-down forklift experience

1+ year of warehouse experience

Familiarity with WMS systems

Ability to read and use scales accurately

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Good communication skills

Team-oriented with a self-starter mindset
