**Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator** **Pay:** $23–$24 per hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Location:** Gilbert, AZ 85233 We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable **Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator** to join our team. With Shipping & Receiving experience. This position plays a critical role in the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform visual validation of all incoming products by verifying product descriptions and package details + Ensure received products are free of defects, damage, or discrepancies + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (3–5 years of forklift experience required) + Support daily shipping activities, including preparing and processing outbound shipments + Maintain accurate inventory records; assist in product identification and location tracking + Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet operational goals + Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday + Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines **Requirements:** + 3–5 years of forklift operation experience (required) + Prior experience in shipping and warehouse environments + Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills + Familiarity with inventory systems, product codes, and labeling + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Must be a U.S. citizen due to Department of Defense (DOD) customer requirements + Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus, but not required **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $24.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
