**Job Summary** + Will safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move material between semi trucks, the warehouse, and the assembly line + Ensures all materials are labeled properly and will safely pack quality products to ensure they are delivered on time to the customer + Will keep track of orders and dispatch shipments to meet the customer's requirements + Manages all materials to a FIFO (first in, first out) method + Maintains the work environment in a safe manner and ensures it meets all 5S standards + Other duties as assigned **Essential Functions** + Material handling of products using a forklift + Handle materials by helping in the operations department/cross-training in production + Other assigned duties set by the operations manager as needed + A High School Diploma is preferred + 3-5 years of experience driving a forklift and following all required safety measures + Dedicated, self-starter with a high degree of motivation + Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities + Have the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40lbs + Have the ability to work in all weather and facility conditions At Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed, our employees have pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, & Collaboration.
