If you like operating forklifts, organizing shipments, and being part of a team that makes a real impact — this is your chance to build a solid, long-term career. + Whether you're already forklift certified or eager to learn, this is a **great opportunity** to grow your skills in a company that values safety, support, and strong work ethic. **Active, hands-on work** — No sitting behind a desk **Room to grow** — Training and advancement opportunities available **Job stability** — Join a respected company with long-term career paths **Supportive team** — Work with people who’ve got your back + **Operate forklifts** to offload, palletize, and reload materials (75% of your day) + **Move and handle drums, bins, and pallets** across our facility and truck bays + **Coordinate loads** between local hubs and outbound trucks + **Track manifests** and maintain shipping timelines + **Use Outlook and warehouse systems** to keep everything organized + **Assist with dispatching and daily operations** + High school diploma or GED + 0–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling + Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified — we can help!) + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Comfort using basic computer applications + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and move heavy drums with equipment + Teamwork, reliability, and a safety-first attitude **Physical & Work Requirements** + Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts daily + Push/pull drums up to 800 lbs (with drum dolly), bins up to 1500 lbs (with pallet jack) + Climb ladders, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods + Pass a basic fitness test (pushups, squats, etc.) + Good hand-eye coordination and 20/20 vision (corrective lenses okay) Clean Harbors is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout North America.
