This position is responsible for safely transporting products throughout the facility and supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. **Key Responsibilities** + Safely operate a forklift to move products from production lines to storage areas + Load and unload products from company transport vehicles + Maintain clean and organized warehouse and loading areas + Participate in daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts + Verify load sheets and ensure accuracy of equipment and product distribution + Assist with product ordering and inventory control + Support shipping and receiving functions + Collaborate with production and warehouse teams as needed **Job Requirements** + Must be **18 years or older** + **Forklift experience and valid certification required** + **Current driver’s license required** + Ability to work safely in all weather conditions + Basic computer, data entry, and math skills + Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed + Ability to lift up to **66 lbs** safely + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Dress Code & PPE** + **Steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing are required** + **Slip-resistant footwear mandatory** + Factory dress code: no pockets or pins due to safety guidelines **Interview Process** + **Manager review and interview required** + Job offers are made following successful interviews **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
