**Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team with over 100 years of combined experience in supply chain management, supporting industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, and pharmaceutical. This role offers long-term stability, good pay, and ample hours in a brand new facility. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders using paper pick sheets. + Operate stand-up reach lift and sit-down forklift. + Wrap pallets using the pallet wrapping machine. + Use forklift to load and unload trucks. + Participate in cross-training to perform all warehouse functions. + Utilize warehouse software; computer experience is necessary. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of warehouse experience. + Minimum of 1 year experience with sit-down forklift. + Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs. + Safety awareness and adherence. + Effective oral and written communication in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + RF scanner experience is a plus. + Motivation for career growth. + Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy long-term stability and good pay with full benefits. The primary shift is from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
