Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the agricultural equipment industry, is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the logistics and inventory management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Driver
**Location:** Portland, OR
**Pay Range:** $21
**Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30pm and ability to work overtime, including Saturday**
**What's the Job?**
+ Picks, pulls, and packs tractor parts weighing up to 70 lbs.
+ Operates various types of forklifts, pallet jacks, and tailored drums.
+ Completes forklift operations and fundamentals training after 90 days, with certification provided upon passing.
+ Maintains a safe work environment by following safety protocols and using required PPE.
+ Assists in sorting, storing, and preparing parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Good attendance and reliability.
+ Ability to work safely and efficiently, with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
