Forklift Driver
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient workflow. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate a forklift to move, stack, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. + Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently. + Inspect forklifts before use to ensure equipment is in safe working condition; report any malfunctions or safety hazards. + Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and perform basic documentation tasks. + Assist with warehouse organization, including stacking and arranging products properly. + Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to OSHA standards. + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations. **Qualifications:** + Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures. + Ability to lift heavy items (up to [50] lbs) and perform physical tasks. + Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
