What this job involves:

As a Program Risk Manager Inspections within JLL's Finance Operations Risk, Governance & Experience (FORGE) team, you will play a critical role in improving controllership across the organization by conducting independent inspections of Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) processes and facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to identify risks, protect assets, and drive continuous improvement through thorough inspection programs. You'll partner with various business lines to prioritize inspection opportunities, lead risk-based process inspections from planning through reporting, and design insightful reports that enable stakeholders to address challenges and recognize successes. Your work will directly contribute to JLL's commitment to excellence in risk management and operational integrity while enhancing our real estate services across the globe.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead and conduct end-to-end risk-based process inspections, including planning, fieldwork, and comprehensive reportingManage multiple inspection programs such as lab inspections, physical security assessments, and operational auditsServe as a liaison between GREF customer functions and geographies, connecting risks with compliance and inspection functionsDesign and deliver clear, actionable reports that enable business partners to identify challenges and implement improvementsAnalyze data from disparate systems and processes to identify patterns, risks, and control weaknessesCollaborate with key program stakeholders to build trust and gain cooperation for successful inspectionsMaintain up-to-date program information and status using designated tools while serving as the center of knowledge for assigned programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, systems or related field5+ years of industry experience in Risk Management and/or Program ManagementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysisStrong background in process understanding and business systemsExperience with control design, mapping, or audit (operational or financial)Excellent communication skills with ability to discuss both strategic and tactical mattersDemonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced data analytics capabilities and experience working with complex datasetsProfessional certification in audit, risk management, or related field (CIA, CISA, etc.)Experience in real estate or facilities management operations and processesProven ability to understand and improve complex process flowsExperience delivering executive-level presentations and communicationsBackground in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategiesProject management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Location: Hybrid (3+ days onsite at Belen, Costa Rica office, remainder optional work from home)
