Key Responsibilities + Experienced in Hot Forging + Set and operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances + Supporting in the production areas in the slitting and shot blasting + Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace + Uses gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications + Self certification of your personal work + Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times + Responsible for producing SPC charts and records + To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams + Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards + Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to + Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximise levels of production and quality + To adhere to all company EHS requirements and actively participate in the identification and elimination of hazards. + Previous hot forging experience preferred + Experience on hot press, slitter, and shot blasting required + Power press training preferred Howmet Aerospace Inc.
